Beauty Innovation Days 2027

Victoria holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Barcelona (UB) and a Master’s in Cosmetics and Dermopharmacy from CESIF. She has 10 years of experience in hair color product development. She joins the Beauty Cluster group as an Innovation Specialist. She is responsible for organizing and managing the Beauty Innovation Days and other innovation events organized by the Beauty Cluster.

Dr. Mireille Vega (“Dr. Mimi V.”) is a PhD biochemist and immunologist with 35+ years in transdisciplinary science. She is founder and CEO of V*GAM Biosciences, creator of the VGAM Biome skincare line and of the ONE HUMAN SKIN™ framework: one human skin whose essential needs remain constant while their proportions shift with seasons, hormones and life stages. Named Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2025 Women Leaders in Pharma Shine Bright Awards, and featured on Dragon’s Den, in ELLE Québec, Chatelaine and 30+ podcasts, she speaks on the skin microbiome, barrier science, and skin as a longevity signal. Her book, ONE HUMAN SKIN, arrives early 2027.

Dr. Papa Diogop Ndiaye is a Senior Clinical Scientist at ARTIDIS, a Swiss biotechnology company developing innovative nanomechanical technologies for the characterization of biological tissues and advanced skin models. He holds a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology and has extensive experience in translational research, tissue biology, and advanced experimental models. His work focuses on applying quantitative biomechanical measurements to investigate tissue structure, function, and remodeling, with applications in dermatology, cosmetics, and biomedical research. Dr. Ndiaye is also actively involved in the COST Action NETSKINMODELS (CA21108), a European network dedicated to advancing cell-based and computational skin models and promoting innovative, ethical approaches to skin research.

Noelia Herrero is a digital marketing and transformation professional at Cocomore, a European digital agency working with leading international brands. She specialises in SEO/GEO, AI, data-driven marketing, digital strategy and customer experience, helping organisations adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape. At Cocomore, she has worked on digital and AI projects for brands including Nestlé, Samsung and Beiersdorf, among others. Previously, she worked on digital marketing and communication projects for brands such as Desigual, ISDIN, H&M and FC Barcelona. She is also an experienced speaker and lecturer, passionate about making emerging technologies practical and actionable for businesses.
